• Size of the landscaped area. We treat the whole landscaped property, excluding the lawn, so more beds, hedges and trees means more product and time.
• Special plant treatments. Tall arborvitae screens, large specimen trees, extensive perennial gardens and plants deer hit hardest can need extra coverage.
• Deer pressure. Properties next to woods, preserves or open land often need the full year-round schedule.
• Season and plan. Year-round, seasonal and one-time emergency applications are priced differently.
